Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date, provided they are new, unused, and in original condition. Returned items must show no signs of installation, use, modification, or damage of any kind.

Custom CNC-machined goods, made-to-order parts, and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, customers must contact us within the 30-day return window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA number clearly marked on the package may be refused and returned to the sender.

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, assessed at our discretion. The restocking fee accounts for inspection, handling, and administrative costs associated with processing the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or returned in incomplete condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Quoting Policy

At Wight Aero & Machine Works, we go to great lengths to keep the difference between the quoted price and the final invoice as small as possible. Accurate and complete customer disclosures regarding engine condition, history, and known issues are essential to achieving this goal and help prevent unexpected findings once the engine arrives.

If any work is identified that falls outside the original quote, it will be clearly discussed with the customer before any additional labor or services are performed. The customer always retains the right to approve or decline any work beyond the original scope.

All work, pricing, and timelines quoted are based on the condition and configuration of the engine/parts AS RECEIVED, not on prior descriptions, photos, or assumptions. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of quote. Final pricing may change if additional issues, damage, or parts needs are discovered during disassembly, diagnosis, or testing.

No additional work will be performed without customer approval.
